OUR PROGRAMMES
MENTORING
This unit standard coaches individuals in a business environment in order to improve their level of performance, thereby meeting the team’s required service levels. It is intended for Skills Development Facilitators, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Line Managers and people involved in Human Resource Management.

COACHING
This unit standard provides recognition for individuals who perform or intend to perform one-to-one training on the job. Formal recognition will enhance their employability and also provide a means to identify competent trainers or coaches.

LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
This programme is intended for managers of small businesses, junior managers of business units in larger organisations, team leaders, supervisors, first line managers and section heads. It provides the background necessary to understand the management function in an organisation.
